NAME, IMAGE, AND LIKENESS

HOW N.I.L WORKS WITH THE OUTLAWS

We believe in empowering our players both on and off the field. In alignment with the evolving landscape of sports, we are excited to champion the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rights of our talented athletes, including those in the Mid-America League. This page serves as a comprehensive guide to understand how NIL works within The Outlaws organization.

WHAT IS N.I.L.?

NIL refers to the rights of athletes to control the commercial use of their own name, image, and likeness. This includes opportunities for athletes to capitalize on their personal brand through endorsements, sponsorships, social media promotions, and more.

We recognize that our players are not only exceptional athletes but also influential individuals with unique stories to share. We are committed to providing a platform for our minor league players to leverage their NIL rights responsibly and effectively.

We understand that navigating the world of NIL can be complex, especially for young athletes. That’s why we prioritize education and support. Our players have access to resources and workshops that cover topics such as contract negotiations, brand management, social media etiquette, and financial literacy.
