Melinda Campbell, a Joplin native, has been involved with the Joplin Outlaw Baseball organization for several years. Her family’s passion for local baseball began when they were invited to their first Joplin Outlaws game in 2012. They were excited to watch their first game and experienced the roar of the fans and the feeling of community, it was at that moment, that they wanted to be a part of the excitement! They hosted their first player in 2013 and since then,  have hosted 12 players from the US and the Dominican Republic in the last 11 years. Her experience with “all things Joplin Outlaws”  makes her a valuable asset to the team!
